Arctic-SOLAS Atmospheric Chemistry Data in 2007

In general, the methods used included in situ sampling from the Amundsen. Sampling lines were placed on the forward mast on the ship, as well as from a sampling shed located on the top deck. Aerosol composition was measured by Aerosol Mass Spectrometry, particles sizes and numbers by scanning mobility analyzers, volatile organic compound composition by proton-transfer-reaction mass spectrometry, ozone by uv absorption, and sulfur dioxide by fluorescence. High time resolution data (minutes) were obtained.
